If you are doing a sales presentation, and even if you arent going to rent a computer, you may want to look into monitor rentals. You may find many ways to skimp in a presentation, but the one thing you dont want to skimp on is your audience being able to see it. A plasma flat screen monitor or a television-sized monitor arent the kinds of thing youll need everyday, but they can really make a sales pitch soar.
Renting Monitors for Short-Term Use
A typical situation for many companies is when they have a sales force on the road making presentations. For that purpose, they often have their presentation saved on a laptop, ready to go. A laptop is fine for a one-on-one presentation, but if they end up needing to present to a larger group, monitor rentals may be the way to go.
Of course, if you are going to rent computers as well, it stands to reason youll probably need monitor rentals and even printers. Most companies in this particular business offer everything you need, and may even give a price break for renting a full package. You can even get technical help in setting up your rental system.
One of the great perks of renting versus buying is that youll get to try it without being tied to it. If one of the newer systems appeals to you enough, you can always choose to buy later. In the meantime, youll have handled your short term needs.
